The Instagram account “honjochemical_recruit” (hereinafter referred to as “the Account”) operated by Honjo Chemical Corporation（hereinafter referred to as “the Company”）is managed under this Social Media Policy（hereinafter referred to as “the Policy”）below. Posting of any information that is unrelated to the purpose of the Account.
Actions that considered to be inappropriate by the Company.
Actions prohibited by the company of the SNS.
If the Company incurs damages due to user’s actions, the Company may demand compensation for such damages from the user.
If users cause damages to a third parties by using the Account, users shall settle the matter at the user’s own responsibility and expense.

The company shall assume no responsibility for any content posted by users.
The company shall not liable for any user’s damage resulting from the use of or inability to use the Account.
The company shall assume no responsibility for any damage caused by troubles between users or between users and third parties.

Users acknowledge that any text, software, music, sound, photos, graphics, videos, page layout, design or any other content that users post to the Account is protected by copyright, trademark, service mark rights, patent rights, or proprietary rights and laws.
The company appropriately handle personal information obtained from the Account in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
The Company will not be able to answer questions regarding operation of the system, technical inquiries, or questions related to the social media.
The Account may be terminated or deleted without notice.
Comments and other contents posted by the Account do not reflect to the official opinions of the Company. Please refer to the Company’s website and news releases.
